I am a beginning speaker and am stuck on the speech where they will be focusing on gestures.

For some reason I'm afraid they will be overly critical...etc..

Thanks for your honesty. I suggest focusing on your message and not on the critics. Be under the influence of your own emotions and the right gestures will come.
